Eligibility requirements

I would like to attend. How shall I proceed?

To attend M&I Forums you need to:

  • Register online providing references of past events and future bookings needs
  • After we receive your registration, it will be reviewed for approval. Upon verification of your booking history and future booking needs, you will be promptly notified of your acceptance

Do I qualify?

To qualify for attendance at the European and USA M&I Forums you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a meeting planner from an event agency, corporate company, association or an independent planner
  • Organise MICE events such as meetings, conferences, seminars and incentives
  • Organise a minimum of 3 international MICE events per year in Europe (outside of your own country)
  • Be responsible and/or the main influencer for booking venues for your events

To qualify for attendance at the Asian M&I Forums you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a meeting planner from an event agency, corporate company, association or an independent planner
  • Organise MICE events such as meetings, conferences, seminars and incentives
  • Organise a minimum of 5 international MICE events per year
  • Be responsible and/or the main influencer for booking venues for your events
