This year's Spring Meeting & Incentive Forum took place in the exciting city of Prague, Czech Republic, one of the 15 most popular meeting destinations in Europe.

Over four days, 4000 meetings were conducted between 155 international meeting planners and 100 MICE suppliers from all over Europe.

The meetings were held at the Slovansky Dum, a historical venue in the centre of Prague. Meeting & Incentive Forums in collaboration with local DMC Maxin Prague and Czech Tourism put together a busy schedule to showcase the destination to both hosted buyers and exhibitors.

Over four days, the programme included impressive dinners and cocktail receptions at Prague's most stunning local hot spots such as the Municipal House, the Golden Restaurant (located on the top floor of the Intercontinental Hotel) and the famous Zofin Palace.

Accommodation for the duration of the event was at the Corinthia Hotel Prague. Team building activities – consisting of a medieval evening and a GPS rally in the Old Town – were also planned to ensure productive networking between hosted buyers and suppliers.

100 suppliers exhibited at the M&I Spring Forum including a wide range of hotels, hotel groups, DMCs, convention bureaus and convention centres.

Some 27 different destinations throughout Europe were represented (as per the map below).

According to our feedback survey, 94% of the exhibitors who attended this Forum would like to come again.

4.1/5 (very good) = the score the exhibitors gave to the quality of the Hosted Buyers

Meeting Planners

This event attracted 155 of Europe's best meeting and incentive planners from agencies, corporate companies and associations.

88% rate the opportunities to network with exhibitors and fellow industry colleagues outside of the meeting sessions as excellent.
