The Programme

This year's USA Forum will once more be held at The Breakers, in Palm Beach, Florida. Following the success of last year's North American Forum, we have planned a four-day event with 100 buyers from the USA.

Over the course of the four days you'll have 50 one-to-one pre-scheduled meetings with buyers as well as the chance to network in a variety of informal and relaxed situations including team-building activities and dinners.

All meetings are chosen by buyers, ensuring that they are relevant and the buyers have a firm interest in placing business at your destination.

Each buyer is carefully selected, pre-qualified and reference-checked to ensure you only have meetings with buyers who have a genuine interest in your products and services.

All applicants are asked to supply:

  • References for past and future events
  • Their business type
  • Their client base
  • Their buying power

This information is then thoroughly crosschecked by our hosted buyers recruitment team.

Practical Information

TRAVEL DATES

Flights

Arriving on 19th September no later than 6.00 pm

Departing on 23rd September from 4.00pm onwards

Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) – 60 minutes transfer time.

West Palm Beach Airport (PBI) – 15 minutes transfer time.

Transfers

Transfers from/to the airport can be booked for a discounted rate through our partner DMC.

ACCOMMODATION

If you would like to stay at The Breakers please contact the hotel directly, quoting that you are an exhibitor at the M&I USA Forum. Discounted rates apply to all delegates.

SHOW GUIDE

Each exhibiting company will be given a one-page profile in our show guide. Each delegate, including all hosted buyers, will receive a copy of the guide.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE

You will be sent your appointment schedule 7 days before the start of the event to allow time to prepare for your meetings. Please note that the appointments are chosen by buyers.

During the Forum you will have the opportunity to award a prize. Contact us with information on the prize and whom you would like it to be given to (suppliers and/or buyers).

EXHIBITION SPACE
