Discount packages
Discounts are available when booking attendance for multiple events. If you book two Forums, you get a 40% discount on the least expensive Forum. All subsequent Forums are then priced at a 50% discount.

- Sharing tables
You may wish to share your participation with another supplier. This is only allowed where the sharing companies have a synergy: such as a DMC and a hotel from the same destination, or hotels from the same chain.
A surcharge is applicable when companies are sharing, which covers:
- 1 extra delegate
- 1 extra page in the show guide.
Please note that sharing suppliers can elect to be invoiced individually.
