Russia & Eastern Europe
Budapest, Hungary | November 18 - 22, 2012
Over the last ten years the Russian MICE travel market has been one of the fastest growing in the world. Whilst Russia represents the biggest outbound market in eastern Europe, it is by no means the only country that is providing new exciting opportunities for international MICE suppliers. Poland, the Czech Republic and Ukraine are all fast developing outbound MICE markets and this M&I Forum brings together the most influential buyers from all these markets. This is the 3rd year that the Russian & Eastern Europe Forum has taken place and demand for it continues to grow rapidly.
Budapest
Budapest is a city divided in two by the Danube river. There are 5,000 first class and luxury hotel rooms and several, large convention centres in the city making Budapest an outstanding meetings and conference destination. There is a wealth of incentive activities on offer too including a rally across the country with old-fashioned Trabants cars, evening cruises down the Danube, a party spiced with a water ballet performance in the marvellous Gellért bath and a Renaissance themed evening in a medieval castle.
The 2012 Russian & Eastern European Forum will take place Boscolo Budapest.
The Boscolo Budapest is a work of art restored in 2006 to its former glory. Combining a neo-renaissance style with art nouveau details, visiting the hotel is like stepping back in time to the Belle Epoque.
Meetings, accommodation and lunches will be hosted at the hotel while team building activities and offsite dinners will allow you to network outside of meetings and explore more of the magical, historic and cultural city of Budapest.
