Who will you meet?
M&I Forums introduces you to the key MICE buyers from the markets you target.
Your meetings are pre-arranged and your schedule is sent to you in advance of the Forum to allow you to prepare.
You will receive 50 pre-arranged meetings at each Forum (apart from the UK, China & North Asia, and Australian Forums, which run for two days and comprise of 25 meetings).

Hosted buyer qualification process
Each buyer is carefully selected, pre-qualified and reference-checked to ensure you only have meetings with buyers who have a genuine interest in your products and services. All applicants must supply:
- Details about their business
- Number of events organised per year, split geographically
- Destinations where they organise events
- The average size of the groups that they organise
- The type of events they organise
- The applicant's position within the company
- A list of references
This information is carefully assessed and checked by our hosted buyer recruitment team and we follow up on references for every buyer.
This allows us to ensure you meet with the highest-value hosted buyers in the industry.
