The Programme

Bridging Worlds, Forging Bonds

Bridging Worlds, Forging Bonds

Hosted at The Palace Hotel, this Transatlantic edition marked a bold new step for M&I - connecting the European and American MICE communities in one seamless experience.

The venue, originally commissioned by King Alfonso XIII and recently restored to its former splendour, offered the perfect balance of history and modern sophistication. With elegant rooms, a stunning glass-domed lounge, and flexible event spaces, it provided an inspiring backdrop for productive meetings and meaningful conversations.

From structured sessions to relaxed social moments, the event captured the spirit of global collaboration - proving that when business and culture come together, great things happen. Delegates praised the flawless organisation, the high quality of meetings, and the balance between efficiency and enjoyment.

A Celebration of Connection

A Celebration of Connection

Over three unforgettable days, 100 European hotels, destinations, and DMCs met with 110 top-tier buyers from across the Americas through 40 one-to-one meetings, cultural experiences, and evening events that showcased the best of Madrid.

Delegates embraced the city’s vibrant character with paella workshops, flamenco lessons, and even a boat race in Retiro Park - activities that turned networking into lasting memories.

A highlight of the programme was an inspiring keynote from Mike Rayburn, whose mix of humour, guitar, and motivational insight encouraged attendees to think bigger and embrace change.

Evenings offered their own magic: from the panoramic views and live music at Ginkgo Sky Bar, to refined dining and conversation at Rosewood Villa Magna, and finally, a spectacular closing celebration at Palacio del Negralejo. Sponsored by the Madrid Convention Bureau, the finale brought everyone together for a night of flamenco, regional cuisine, and dancing under the stars - the perfect ending to an extraordinary week in Madrid.

M&I Transatlantic Madrid proved that when great minds meet across continents, business thrives - and connections become unforgettable.
